Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest, serving, selling, filling, and helping drive growth in sales.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store

Hours of work:

- Saturday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Sunday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Monday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Tuesday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Wednesday: 20:00 - 04:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
