## Description

We are looking for a hands-on delivery director to lead the Program Management Office of a global luxury retail POS transformation. You will own the integrated plan, capacity and dependencies across multiple PODs, vendors and locations. Your goal is to ensure the program commits only to what it can deliver and surfaces risk early.

Responsibilities:

- Develop an integrated master plan across all PODs, including work-package calendars, cross-WP dependencies and critical path

- Create a capacity and demand plan, scaling the team from 40 to 100+ members, with market load balanced by complexity

- Manage the release and market-wave landscape, including go-live readiness, quality gates, cutover and hypercare scheduling

- Oversee RAID management, escalation paths, early-warning indicators and a single program scorecard

- Maintain financial control, including budget, forecast, burn and change control for a multi-vendor commercial model

- Coordinate delivery governance, including weekly Control Tower inputs, monthly SteerCo packs, decision and action logs with named owners

- Manage multi-vendor and multi-location coordination, including interface agreements, handoffs and end-to-end accountability

- Develop onboarding, retention and succession plans for key roles; establish PMO standards, tools and templates

Requirements:

- Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management with senior business and IT leaders, problem-solving, and resilience

- Ability to say no to overcommitment and unnecessary customisation with a clear rationale

- Experience building and growing the right-skilled team across PODs, vendors and locations

- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency); French is a strong advantage

- Experience with program and portfolio methods (hybrid agile and waterfall), planning tools, Jira and ServiceNow-based tracking; AI-assisted reporting

- Previous experience leading global ERP, POS or retail platform rollouts, ideally Oracle Retail (Xstore, SIOCS); commercial management of multi-vendor programs

- 15+ years experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs

- Hand-on experience of leading a PMO on a multi-country retail or POS rollout, ideally 10+ countries and multiple vendors

- Proven industry experience in luxury, fashion, retail or consumer products

- Track record of managing multi-location, multi-cultural teams across time zones; proven references; PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or SAFe is a plus
