The position will have responsibility to transfer Network Silicon ICs products (Switch, NIC, SmartNic) from design engineering to mass production with top-quality products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Critical component evaluation and introduction to our interconnect products

- Working with design, HW, and process groups to improve or resolve critical components aspects

- New critical component qualification and reliability assessment

- Evaluating high-speed performance and margins of the critical component

- Running DOE's and corner samples analysis to evaluate system-level performance under different use scenarios

- Setting automation tools and monitors to control critical components introduction to the manufacturing line

- Implementing new screening methodologies to ensure MLNX quality standards

- Investigating reliability issues at the CM and customer sites.

Requirements include:

- BSc (MSc preferred) or equivalent - strong statistics and data analysis background (JMP or other tools)

- 3+ years of experience in IC/Silicon manufacturing process including fab, test, and assembly

- Good understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integration

- Experience or background in running a product in high-volume production (ICs, systems, or other)

- Experience with statistics or data analysis tools, data extract tools

- Background with IC lab measurements using source meter, scope, spectrum analyzer, optical power meter, etc.

- Knowledge of electro-optical devices (lasers and detectors)

- Familiar with high-speed fiber optics products, good understanding of system/IC assembly process

To stand out from the crowd, knowledge of DFT/DFM/DOE techniques and experience in electro-optical assembly lines are desirable.
