## Description

We are seeking a Red Bull Student Marketeer to join our team at UFSCAR in Sorocaba, Brazil.

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and trained brand ambassador program. You will understand the Red Bull target audience and be responsible for promoting the brand image and product functionality on your campus and in your region.

The objective of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, enthuse university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on your campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting them to try our products, as well as working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Be a brand ambassador and product expert: live and breathe the brand personality and values, representing the brand exceptionally through daily interactions with consumers and/or customers.

- Create and execute a personalized and innovative plan on campus, involving students and bringing the brand to life.

- Establish a solid network of contacts through relationships with key stakeholders.

- Promote brand engagement on your social media channels through authentic content.

- Work at Red Bull events and supported events to guarantee an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

**Requirements:**

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.

- Valid driver's license.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and extroverted personality.

- Immersed in student life, with a broad understanding of the university scene, city, and region, including extracurricular activities and points of interest.

- Highly accessible and sociable, with the ability to relate to different people in various situations.

- Creative mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.

- Ability to balance part-time work and studies.

- Affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially in marketing and sales.

- Connected to various groups and influential individuals on campus.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

- Active enrollment at UFSCAR - Sorocaba.

- Formation from the second semester of 2028, preferably in courses such as Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda, or Marketing.

- Mandatory category B driver's license.

- Availability for 6-hour daily journeys (commercial hours).
