## Description

As a Concession Manager at Mejuri, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience and supporting the store leadership team with day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll assist in overseeing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Maximizing results and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ensuring positive customer experience and promoting services offerings

- Managing inventory, order fulfillment, and storage organization

- Maintaining organizational integrity of back-of-house supplies and display inventory

- Mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product

- Identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks

- Executing and participating in retail campaign signage and window maintenance

- Validating and participating in the successful integration of new talent

- Building healthy relationships with team members and establishing a positive work environment

You'll need to bring:

- Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and controlling expenses

- Strong leadership skills with experience supporting, coaching, and motivating a team

- Solid understanding of great customer experience and how to bring it to life on the floor

- Excellent communication skills

- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
