## Description

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Trade Marketing team in Paris. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will recommend and implement trade marketing plans for our clients and distribution networks. You will work closely with Sales, Key Account, Distribution, and Marketing teams to define and execute activations that drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities

- Develop and deploy trade marketing plans with clients

- Pilot activations from conception to evaluation

- Analyze performance and provide concrete recommendations

- Identify opportunities for growth and propose high-impact actions

- Develop tailored solutions for strategic clients and local specifications

- Ensure quality execution of activations and visibility in point of sale

- Define needs for point-of-sale materials and trade marketing tools

- Manage operational aspects of point-of-sale tools

- Adapt tools and supports to local specifications and client needs

- Optimize processes and tools to improve efficiency and impact

- Conduct market trend analysis and identify new opportunities

- Collaborate with Data team to analyze internal and external data

- Define and track key performance indicators

- Build analysis and steering supports for internal teams and clients

**Requirements:**

- Higher education in Marketing & Commerce (postgraduate degree)

- 4-6 years of experience in project management, trade marketing, operational marketing, or sales

- Good knowledge of the On Premise/off-premise universe (QSR, distribution, national clients)

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work in a demanding environment

- Strong analytical skills with ability to transform data into concrete business recommendations

- Transverse leadership skills to federate various stakeholders

- Strong business and results orientation with good understanding of consumer issues

- Rigor, autonomy, pragmatism, and ability to advance topics

- Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented, and proactive

- Strong field sensitivity and interest in point-of-sale execution

- Fluency in French and English
