## Description

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Hamburg. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and advice to employees, both on-site in Hamburg and remotely for other German locations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and advice to employees

- Install and administer software and hardware at workstations

- Support global IT teams on projects

Requirements:

- Experience in IT support and ITIL certification

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and iOS environments

- Experience with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow

- Excellent communication skills in German and English

- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
