The Lodge, located in Highbridge, Somerset, offers residential support for 12 individuals with autism or mental health needs. As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will oversee the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and budget management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care

- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and high standards

- Supporting the assessment and implementation of individual care plans

- Promoting dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
