## Description

We are looking for a Retail Optimization Lead to drive operational excellence across the Retail business through data, digital tools, reporting, and process improvement. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and solutions-oriented professional who can turn operational challenges into practical, scalable improvements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and improving dashboards, reporting frameworks, project trackers, and operational tools that support better decision-making across Retail. They will work across multiple functions to improve visibility, consistency, compliance, and performance.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting Retail projects, managing large and complex datasets, designing and building dashboards, translating data into actionable insights, and producing reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational excellence, business analysis, data analytics, project management, or a related field. They will possess strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, excellent written communication and documentation ability, and high attention to detail and strong compliance discipline.

## Skills

### Required
