## Description

As a Senior Civil Engineer at WSP, you will have the opportunity to work on iconic projects and develop your career within a highly skilled team. This role involves leading civil works from concept through detailed design and construction support, coordinating inputs from various disciplines, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

- Scoping and steering civil works projects

- Coordinating inputs from roads, drainage, utilities, and pavements

- Providing pragmatic advice on buildability, safety, and whole-of-life performance

- Mentoring emerging engineers and championing digital design and quality standards

- Managing communication and professional relationships with clients

- Leading and delivering current civil engineering projects

- Delegating and supervising the work of junior engineers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's to Master's level degree in Civil Engineering

- 5-10 years of industry experience in the Building and Property sector

- Commercial experience in Australia on local medium/large building civil engineering projects

- Strong client relationship management and project management skills

- Highly developed customer-focus, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Sound working knowledge of relevant local Australian Standards and Codes

- Experience with Earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, and utilities

- Proficiency in using Design software such as 12D, Civil 3D

- Intermediate experience with 12D model for road and drainage design is preferred

- Chartered status with Engineers Australia is an advantage
