## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Commodity Manager to oversee strategic sourcing and commodity management of semiconductors in their Boards and Systems Supply Chain Group.

The Global Commodity Manager will play a crucial role in developing, directing, and influencing global sourcing and commodity strategies to deliver significant value in the supply chain.

**Responsibilities:**

- Establish cross-functional alignment with hardware engineering to identify commodity sourcing strategies that meet business segment requirements.

- Develop and manage supplier relationships, conducting business reviews to improve supplier value, performance, and investments.

- Negotiate master service agreements, cost reduction strategies, and maintain lead-time, cost systems, and split of business decisions.

- Ensure component supply assurance and inventory flexibility programs to minimize liabilities.

- Deliver a supplier risk management system, BOM risk reduction solutions, and materials risk mitigation strategies.

- Resolve impediments to production readiness and support execution during production.

- Enable early supplier involvement to bring innovation to projects.

- Focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) to achieve industry-leading time-to-market.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in global commodity management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

- Comprehensive understanding of AI hardware architecture and electrical components.

- Deep knowledge of power semiconductor technology, market, manufacturing process, cost drivers, and supply landscape.

- Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling, quotation analysis, and supply/demand analysis.

- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
