## Description

This role is based at the Magna Park National Distribution Centre. The salary range for this role is £32,400 - £40,900 per year. You will work 42 hours per week on a DuPont shift schedule.

As a Fabric Engineer, you will support both shift and technical teams by delivering in-house planned, reactive, remedial, and improvement tasks. Your responsibilities include:

- Internal delivery of planned maintenance, reactive and remedial regimes

- Achieving first-fix on building fabric, fixtures, and equipment

- Supporting the Engineering Technician team

- Demonstrating skillsets such as actioning change-work, using IT systems, and maintaining effective communication links

Essential skills required:

- Strong vocational background with proven construction/engineering experience

- Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety legislation in a commercial and industrial environment

Preferred skills:

- Apprenticeship-served (CITB, CGLI, or equivalent)

- CSCS accreditation

- IPAF & PASMA, Working at Height trained

- First-Aid qualified

- IOSH / NEBOSH
