## Description

Join our Golf At Goodwood team as a Retail Executive and play a key part in delivering an exceptional retail experience across our golf venues.

As our Retail Executive, you'll manage the day-to-day retail stock, supplier relationships, merchandising, and purchasing to ensure our shops are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and commercially successful.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from raising purchase orders to stock receipt.

- Monitor stock levels and performance, ensuring systems remain accurate and up to date.

- Support stock counts and stock control processes.

- Create engaging visual merchandising displays across multiple retail locations.

- Build positive relationships with suppliers and manage delivery schedules.

- Act as a key point of contact for retail-related customer, supplier, and colleague enquiries.

- Support monthly and annual retail reporting processes.

- Share product knowledge with colleagues to help drive retail performance.

- Work closely with the Retail Manager to identify opportunities to enhance sales and profitability.

- Support the wider Golf At Goodwood team and golf events when required.

Requirements:

- Prior retail experience within a busy customer-focused environment.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and retail systems.

- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Commercial awareness and an interest in retail performance.

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Full driving licence and access to reliable transport.
