## Description

As a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

You'll be responsible for:

- Replenishing stock to maintain fully stocked shelves and ensuring products are in the right place at the right time

- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery

- Reducing waste by monitoring product sell-by dates and applying markdowns

- Supporting the wider shop team with various tasks, including checkout support and managing Click & Collect orders

- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

The role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team and customers.

The pay rate is £13.00 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 90 days. You can expect varied hours of full-time work, including weekends and nights, with Night Premium pay of £3.75 per hour for shifts between 22:00 and 06:00.
