## Description

As Director of Demand Generation at Pindrop, you will own Pindrop's marketing-sourced pipeline across three distinct growth motions: our Core product suite, emerging Healthcare vertical, and Pulse for Meetings.

You will report to the VP of Growth and serve as the connective tissue between Growth pods, PMM, Brand, BDRs, Sales, and RevOps.

Your responsibilities include:

- Owning the pipeline number and managing full-funnel performance from lead to closed-won

- Architecting the integrated campaign portfolio and running campaigns end-to-end

- Leading the campaign strategy and execution, and briefing with various teams

- Running an agile campaign engine and optimizing budget like a P&L owner

- Applying AI-first thinking to increase campaign velocity and targeting precision

Requirements:

- 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing

- Proven experience operating an integrated campaign model

- Track record of building demand engines at fast-paced, high-growth companies

- Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams

- Fluency in funnel math and hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM platforms

Nice-to-haves:

- Security, fraud, AI, or contact center domain experience

- Vertical marketing experience in healthcare or FSI

- Experience launching demand for a new product line
