## Description

We are seeking a part-time receptionist for our Family Medicine clinic in Heber City, Utah. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Accurately entering patient data, including demographics, insurance, and health information

- Greeting patients in a cheerful and personable manner

- Scheduling appointments efficiently

- Handling telephone calls with excellent etiquette

- Collecting copays, deductibles, and account balances

- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and clean office environment

- Participating in day-end office cleaning and sanitizing

Requirements:

- Previous medical experience

- Self-starter with punctuality and multitasking skills

- Knowledge of medical insurance

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to pick up additional hours if needed

This position is 2 days a week, 8am-5pm.
