## Description

We are seeking a Client Service Analyst, NCT to join our team in Gurgaon, India.

The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for retaining, growing and developing strategic client relationships for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines

- Monitor expenses and control costs

- Display regulatory circulars in the area

- Process account opening forms and MF applications accurately

- Manage vouchers, follow rules of custodianship and key management guidelines

- Handle exceptions and track deferrals

- Review suspicious transactions and follow guidelines

- Ensure a clean mystery shopping audit report

- Track customer complaints and respond within committed timelines

- Provide best-in-class service standards to customers

- Maintain proper controls and access to the cash/locker area

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Minimum qualification: Graduation

- Minimum experience: 2-4 years in a relevant field
