## Description

We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our Internal Medicine clinic in Salem, Utah. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, taking phone calls, creating accounts, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient questions and concerns. You will work closely with physicians and staff to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Arrive each day ready to have a professional working relationship with patients, physicians, and co-workers

- Assist in accurately setting up and maintaining patient information

- Provide excellent customer service to patients, co-workers, and physicians

- Navigate challenging opportunities as they arise

- Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

- Entry-level position, no experience necessary

- Competitive pay range

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others

Hours:

- Thursday 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM with the ability to pick up additional shifts if needed
