## Description

Join Argos as a Customer Advisor and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will work in a part-time role, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience, delivering excellent customer service, collecting products, processing payments, and providing product advice.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens, and at the collection counter

- Collect products from the stock area, take payments, and process refunds

- Be present on the shop floor, helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products

- Build great knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations

**Requirements:**

- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for understanding customers and helping them have a great experience

- Comfortable talking to customers about financial services and making sure the information shared is clear and helpful

- Happy working at pace in a physical, high-energy environment

- Prepared to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store

- Embraces new digital tools and technology, using them confidently to work effectively and deliver brilliant outcomes
