## Description

This Principal Family and Systemic Psychotherapist role will develop and lead the family and carer offer across five Community Neighbourhood Teams in Lewisham.

The role will focus on delivering high-quality evidence-based therapies to clients, families, and carers, including Open Dialogue, Carer Support, Family Intervention for psychosis, and Systemic Family Therapy.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide specialist family and systemic psychotherapy services across adult community services in Lewisham

- Develop and ensure systematic provision of family and systemic psychotherapy services

- Provide clinical supervision and consultation as needed

- Contribute to service evaluation, audit, research, and policy development

- Work autonomously within AFT, UKCP, and HCPC guidelines

The ideal candidate will have:

- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant mental health/social welfare profession

- Master's level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy or equivalent, accredited by UKCP

- Additional training in a specialized area of systemic practice

- Registration with UKCP as a Systemic Psychotherapist

- Accreditation by AFT to supervise qualified Systemic and Family Psychotherapists

Desirable qualifications include completion of postgraduate certificate Family Intervention in Psychosis training.

The salary will depend on experience, and the contract is permanent and part-time.
