## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in your designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures

- Build partnerships with customers and effectively utilize resources to achieve work goals

- Plan and organize various academic meetings or activities

- Collect market and customer feedback through company management systems and other compliant channels

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills under the guidance of superior managers

- Execute new initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization

**Requirements:**

- University undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields

- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Strong learning willingness and ability

- Able to manage stress and self-motivate

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Familiarity with compliance requirements, including FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws
