## Description

BeamNG is seeking a Senior Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist to join their Communications & Marketing team. This senior role involves leading creative marketing, PR, and communications initiatives from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing, PR, and communications campaigns across various channels

- Create compelling messaging and campaign narratives for product updates, announcements, and marketing materials

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, creators, influencers, and community stakeholders

- Plan and execute initiatives to grow the audience, strengthen community engagement, and amplify major BeamNG events

- Coordinate content production for promotional materials, ensuring high-quality, on-brand assets

- Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and community sentiment to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, or a comparable role, ideally in the gaming industry

- Excellent understanding of videogame marketing, games media, and digital audience development

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; additional languages are a plus

- Proven experience planning and leading campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Discord, and Steam

- Strong PR skills, including media outreach, pitching, and coverage tracking

- Portfolio demonstrating successful player-centric campaigns and creative promotions

Nice to have:

- Passion for videogames and interest in automotive culture or simulation

- Experience working independently in a remote, international environment

- Familiarity with gaming platforms and workflows

- Basic knowledge of web development, HTML/CSS, or programming languages
