## Description

We make health happen at Bupa, supporting those in need through person-centred care in our dedicated care homes. As a Registered Nurse at Bupa Green Gates Care Home, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.

- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

**Key Skills / Qualifications:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse.

- Experience in managing a unit alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.

- Strong critical thinking skills, confidence, and self-reliance, particularly when working alone at night.

- Effective communication and reporting skills.
