## Description

GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program as a Joint Live Virtual Constructive-Gaming (JLVC-G) Technician Sr. The role involves integrating LVC systems, improving training realism, configuring and testing Linux-based simulation systems, and ensuring that Army and Joint simulations can exchange information and operate together.

Responsibilities:

- Integrate LVC systems for realistic training scenarios

- Improve training realism by reducing simulation disconnects and technical limitations

- Configure, document, test, troubleshoot, and modify computer documentation related to Linux-based simulation systems

- Ensure that Army and Joint simulations can exchange information and operate together

- Apply system updates and quarterly patches/IAVAs

- Analyze, test, and modify configurations and software programs to provide solutions to system users

- Plan, develop, and execute simulation training activities

- Implement the Department of War (DoW) Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP/Risk Management Framework-DIACAP/RMF)

- Provide rapid problem-solving during high-visibility exercises

Requirements:

- 3+ years of related experience

- Education: AA in a related technical discipline, OR the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and training

- Required Technical Skills:

- Experience in configuring, maintaining, operating, and integrating JLVC federate systems

- Strong understanding of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle

- Understanding of HLA and RTI

- Knowledge of DIS protocols

- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration

- Practical experience managing gateway services, federation interfaces, and simulation connectivity

- Certification: Comp TIA SEC+ certification required

- Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
