## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to support the Senior Manager of IT SOX Compliance. The role involves evaluating and building efficient business and IT controls to mitigate financial reporting risk.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan, scope, and implement the end-to-end SOX 404 lifecycle

- Partner with process owners to assess risks in new and changing business processes

- Drive continuous improvement and automation of controls

- Provide guidance and training to control owners on SOX compliance requirements

- Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors

- Coach testers, apply AI tools, and perform detailed review of control testing

- Participate in operational audits and projects as required

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or Master's degree or equivalent experience

- 5+ years in Big 4 and/or large public company environments with hands-on SOX and internal audit experience

- Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Semiconductor industry experience

- Ability to get results, including influencing business process owners and organizational change

- Understanding of IT General Controls, familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) auditing standards, using AI tools, and SAP S4 Hana experience

NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range is $108,000 - $172,500 USD.
