As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will support customers throughout their journey by driving product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth through digital initiatives, automation, and targeted customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

- Drive customer adoption and engagement

- Promote DAM best practices

- Execute scaled customer engagement initiatives

- Support customer retention & lead renewal

- Identify growth opportunities

- Enable customer success through digital tools

- Support customer feedback and advocacy

- Collaborate cross-functionally

- Maintain accurate customer information

- Continuously improve how we work

Requirements:

- Fluent in English; French, German, or Dutch is a plus

- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- A customer-centric mindset

- A commercial mindset

- An affinity for technology

- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills

- The ability to follow structured processes

- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve processes

- A collaborative mindset

- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Nice to have:

- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms or other marketing technology (MarTech) software

- Experience supporting SMB customers or working with scaled, digital-first Customer Success programs
