## Description

We invite SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operators to join our production team at our Istanbul factory, ensuring all production processes meet the company's quality standards.

## Responsibilities

- Monitor the SMT production line to ensure uninterrupted production flow

- Correctly place and mount components

- Adjust and maintain SMT machines (preferably Yamaha brand) for operation

- Conduct quality checks during production

- Coordinate with relevant teams in case of malfunctions or issues

## Requirements

- High school diploma (preferably in Electrical-Electronics or related fields)

- At least 2 years of experience in SMT production lines

- Ability to read and apply technical documents and production instructions

- Adaptability to shift work schedules

- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and team-oriented
