## Description

Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers drive genuine workflow transformation for companies, leveraging AI to optimize finance operations.

You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving transformation through implementation and adoption of Ramp's agentic finance capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead customers through the full transformation journey, focusing on time-to-value and measurable business outcomes

- Develop and execute change management strategies for each account

- Communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms, such as close cycle improvement and ROI

- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple layers of customer organizations

- Utilize AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, synthesize data, and identify account risks

- Collaborate with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations

Requirements:

- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations

- Proven track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals

- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption and navigate resistance

- AI fluency as a daily habit

- Ability to communicate financial impact and technical acumen

Nice to haves:

- Experience with AI-powered workflows and finance transformations

- Familiarity with FP&A, accounting software ecosystems, or CFO-adjacent workflows

- Demonstrated commercial impact and high-growth experience
