We are seeking a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment Manager to lead the CPFR process with distributors, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead collaborative meetings with commercial teams and distributors to align forecasts, inventories and replenishment plans.

- Identify slow-moving products, ageing inventory and expiration or obsolescence risks, coordinating actions with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

- Align volume and promotion plans with Sales teams, assessing their impact on demand and inventory needs.

- Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics teams to track orders, deliveries and supply restrictions.

- Provide channel information to the S&OP/IBP process and communicate risks and opportunities.

- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor distributor performance and generate actionable recommendations.

- Improve the quality, timeliness and consistency of information shared by distributors.

- 3-5 years of experience in CPFR, Demand Planning, Replenishment or similar roles.
