## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Trials Statistician to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a Clinical Trials Statistician, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and interpreting clinical trials, as well as providing statistical expertise to support the development of new medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, analyze, and interpret clinical trials in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

- Provide statistical input into study design, statistical analysis plans, and interpretation of results

- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans, and create scientific reports

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, clinical pharmacologists, and data managers

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

- Provide statistical leadership to cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- Advanced degree in statistics, biostatistics, or related field

- Strong statistical skills with application to clinical trials

- Knowledge of clinical medicine and regulatory requirements

- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese

- Consulting skills and ability to provide statistical leadership

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with clinical trials and statistical analysis

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and regulatory requirements
