## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple consulting projects of varying complexity in the healthcare field. You will ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients, contribute to new business development, and maintain and strengthen our client base.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing project teams, including internal and external resources, to design, develop, and deliver client solutions

- Leading teams to review and analyze client requirements, develop proposals, and cost associated solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction

- Managing the proposal preparation process, including overall bid integrity

- Developing project plans with timelines and deliverables, and leading projects to successful completion

- Recommending improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems

- Serving as key point of contact with clients

- Providing high-level input to client reports and presentations

- Developing and elevating new business opportunities

- Providing follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed

- Continuously strengthening subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, conferences, and professional knowledge sharing

- Mentoring, coaching, and sharing subject matter expertise with others

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 8-12 years of related experience, including consulting and healthcare industry experience

- Excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills

- In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings

- Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish team goals

- Experience with developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the healthcare industry

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on tight deadlines

- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques

- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the healthcare industry

- Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills

- Established network and referral contacts

- Necessary subject matter expertise and project management skills to manage projects across multiple centers of excellence
