## Description

We are seeking a motivated MSK Clinician Team Leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and shares our company values. This role is open to Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for:

- Line managing clinical colleagues, including completing appraisals, one-to-ones, leave requests, and development plans for all direct reports

- Providing appropriate performance management for all direct reports

- Supporting the Operational team in providing leadership and motivation directly to the clinical team to facilitate the achievement of commercial objectives and targets

- Working with the Operational team and PCC Team Leaders to plan and ensure efficient operational delivery of allocated Services

- Developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders

- Developing and fostering productive relationships with key local stakeholders

- Supporting operational projects and contributing to continuous improvement projects

- Supporting clinical estates compliance and governance

- Personally delivering a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the contracts
