## Description

We are seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to join our team at our St Helens location. As a Clinic Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staff management, patient scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

- Collaborate with the regional leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.

- Provide clinical direction and guidance to staff, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff.

- Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and external partners.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
