## Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive to manage our warehouse operations in Chandigarh.

**About the Role:** As a Senior Executive - Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and reverse logistics.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management

- Conduct stock audits and reduce shrink

- Oversee manpower management and drive process improvements

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

- Plan and manage reverse logistics

- Analyze root causes of inventory deviations

- Drive productivity and cost efficiency

- Implement FEFO and FIFO management

- Collaborate with the Dark Store operations team

**Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations

- Experience in F&V operations is an added advantage

- Proficiency in Google Sheets is required

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven environment

- Flexibility to work in shifts (day and night)
