## Description

Join CVS Health as a Beauty Sales Consultant in their retail pharmacy division. You'll provide top-notch customer experiences, sharing the latest beauty trends and techniques through your industry knowledge.

**Customer Sales Experience** You'll seek out customers to ensure they have a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized sales service, effective upselling, and suggestive selling. Your goal is to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging with customers in the beauty zone, listening to their needs, and providing specialized sales advice.

- Being a brand expert, answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible.

- Educating customers on product usage and benefits, leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program.

- Participating in company sales programs, discussing CVS Beauty Club programs, and inviting customers to special in-store events.

- Creating and maintaining product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials.

- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked zone, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

**Training & Personal Growth and Development** You'll complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs to ensure sales, product knowledge, and selling skills are current.

**Physical Requirements** The role requires physical abilities to support essential functions, such as standing and moving throughout the store, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching or grasping objects.

**Requirements**

- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours.

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Bilingual beauty advisors (English and Spanish) are required in specific CVS stores.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience.

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands.

- Strong passion for beauty.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
