## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Braehead, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 12:00 to 16:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who takes pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and is ready to meet strong customer demand head-on.
