## Description

Join Judo Bank's Finance Operations team as an entry-level Finance Operations Analyst. You'll support the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, assist with reconciliations and settlements, and gain exposure to funding, lending and core banking systems.

Responsibilities:

- Process loan settlements, LOC drawdowns, trust collections and system data imports with accuracy and care

- Assist with reconciliations and data validations, ensuring anomalies are identified and resolved

- Support funding and lending operations, including term deposit maturities and manual payments

- Maintain a strong risk and compliance focus, ensuring accurate audit trails are maintained

- Contribute to process improvements that make daily workflows simpler and more efficient

- Support the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across the business

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Intermediate Excel skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Collaborative, positive and team-first approach

- Curiosity and a willingness to learn

Ideally:

- Experience in banking, finance or a related industry

- A Banking, Finance or similar tertiary qualification

- Reconciliation experience
