## Description

The District Parts & Service Sr. Specialist is a critical role within the Parts & Service Field Operations group at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between American Honda Motor Company, Inc., and Honda/Acura dealerships, providing dealer consulting and support to the Honda/Acura dealer network.

Key responsibilities include:

- Achieving assigned Parts sales objectives

- Achieving assigned Customer Satisfaction Respect For Time objectives

- Achieving oil change service time of <0 minutes Honda / <5 minutes Acura

- Achieving Overall Customer Satisfaction objectives

- Achieving CPRO objective – 1.5% Increase

- Achieving Accessory sales objectives

- Achieving Training Certification objectives

- Achieving assigned Recall Completion objectives

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent work-related experience, as well as a minimum of 5 years of auto parts and service wholesale and/or retail experience. Strong communication, analytical, business planning, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with using web-based software and smartphone applications are also required.

This position requires frequent travel and possibility of relocation.
