## Description

As a CRM & Marketing Assistant - Intern, you will support the development of customer journeys, become an expert in defining, implementing, and strengthening data-driven customer processes, and participate in adapting and implementing predictive marketing projects. You will also generate monthly reports and help update the customer database to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the customer journey.

The CRM team of four drives the effective use of the system and customer database across 28 markets, delivering exceptional experiences throughout the entire customer journey. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights that help achieve business goals.

In this role, you'll support daily operations and lead ad-hoc projects that match both business needs and your interests. You will gain deep insights into key business areas such as CRM, Customer Analytics, and Strategic Marketing, by assisting in the implementation of CRM projects to enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting in the development of customer journeys

- Becoming an expert in defining, implementing, and strengthening data-driven customer processes

- Participating in adapting and implementing predictive marketing projects, including Churn Management and Loyalty Campaigns

- Generating monthly reports and helping update the customer database to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the customer journey

Requirements include:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related subjects

- Enthusiasm about customer journey and emotional touchpoints

- Customer-focused mindset, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

- Good understanding of data and ability to extract information from analytical reports

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

- Proactive and appreciate taking ownership and responsibility for projects

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Fluent English language skills (German proficiency is desirable)
