Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Braehead, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

The role requires:

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

- Monday: 22:00 - 06:00

- Tuesday: 22:00 - 06:00

- Saturday: 22:00 - 06:00

- Sunday: 22:00 - 06:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
