## Description

We are seeking a Revisions Project Coordinator to manage client feedback and coordinate revisions workflow for language projects. You will analyze post-delivery feedback, redeliver files according to client expectations, and track revision data to support quality improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the entire revision workflow from feedback receipt to resolution in a fast-paced environment

- Analyze client feedback or edits on projects to identify their nature – objective vs. stylistic

- Coordinate all project phases with internal and external vendors and ensure timely delivery of revised content

- Track and document all revision cases to identify trends and support quality metrics and reporting

- Communicate professionally with sales staff to clarify client expectations and report on revision outcomes

- Provide clear, constructive feedback to linguists while maintaining excellent relationships with them

- Work closely with Project Managers to understand original project context and requirements and provide them with constructive feedback and assistance

- Monitor and control project status

- Manage project finances, including budgeting

- Prepare and maintain project documentation

- Comply with relevant and applicable procedures

**Essential skills and experience required:**

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset

- University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)

- Detail orientation

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)

- Experience in translation and localization project management would be a strong advantage
