## Description

This is a high-growth opportunity working with Salesforce's ESMB businesses in the Philippines. You will drive sales growth within the ESMB segment.

As a Manager, Sales, you will define strategies for growing revenue, identify account-wide opportunities, and run both strategic and operational levels.

Your responsibilities include:

- Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent

- Supporting direct reports in client and prospect meetings, and engaging other corporate resources as required

- Ongoing mentoring and development of the Emerging Small Business sales team in business development and opportunity management

- Conducting weekly forecast meetings and coaching direct reports on strategies to drive closure

- Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management

- Monitoring the sales activity of the team and tracking results

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Extensive software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role

- Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment

- Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment

- Working knowledge/experience of the CRM space

- Excellent presentation and listening skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
