**About the Role**

As a Senior Specialist in Training and Large Order Support, your main responsibilities will include:

- Organising and conducting training and empowerment activities for channel support teams and partners;

- Planning, organising, and promoting various training activities;

- Providing targeted training for BDD/BDM to develop high-performance teams;

- Supporting internal and external meetings;

- Collaborating with the training team to provide on-site, large order coaching, and online training;

- Supporting large order sales and VIP client events.

**Requirements**

- University degree or above;

- 3+ years of experience in insurance or banking, with training or high-net-worth client experience preferred;

- Strong communication and coordination skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
