## Description

We are seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top-line sales potential and ensuring superior service to customers

- Overseeing day-to-day operations on counter, strategizing future needs, and executing sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships

- Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities through artistry, education, and operations

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch

- Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners and teams

- Identifying and executing key eventing opportunities to drive brand awareness and engagement

Requirements:

- 2+ years of beauty industry experience

- 2+ years of beauty retail management experience

- Intermediate skills in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- Ability to influence others and excellent communication skills
