## Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will focus on building and maintaining a healthy book of business, solving customer problems with tech-enabled supply chain and fulfillment solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Build your book of business by closing net-new customers and cross-selling/upselling existing customers to contribute to Flexport's revenue goals

- Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and collaboration with our SDR team

- Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and create value-add solutions demonstrating Flexport's capabilities

- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings with existing clients to help them plan for upcoming business

- Navigate, bundle, and sell Flexport's suite of products across the supply chain/shipment lifecycle

- Work closely with internal teams to drive a best-in-class customer experience and lead the customer onboarding process

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries

- At least 2 years' experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role

- An obsession with client happiness and a competitive drive to win over customers

- Demonstrated ability to run a structured sales process and build long-term commercial relationships

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to learn fast, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow into a top sales executive

## Salary Information

The US base salary range for this position is $91,000-$115,000 USD, with a 50/50 compensation model featuring a base salary and uncapped bonus.
