## Description

As a Team Member at NEXT's Leicester High Cross store, you will be part of a fast-paced retail team, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and effective stock operations. Your shifts will be 11 hours per week, on Thursdays from 15:30 to 20:00 and Fridays from 13:00 to 20:00. Responsibilities include providing fast and friendly service, sharing product knowledge, working across the store, and taking control of your own development.

You should be a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, with a positive attitude towards helping others and working in a varied, fast-paced environment.
