## Description

Our Investment Banking and Capital Markets business provides a full range of investment banking products and services for corporates and financial sponsors. We cover fast-growing fintech verticals including payments, office of CFO technology, financial software, market structure technology, and digital assets and blockchain technology.

You will support execution of live transactions as a part of the Fintech coverage team, including preparation of detailed presentations and memoranda and analyzing client companies. You will apply advanced financial methods to evaluate and execute merger & acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raising transactions. You will build operating models, perform financial valuation, analyze corporate and financial information, and conduct due diligence.

Requirements include at least two years of investment banking experience, extensive experience providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions, and a Bachelor's degree. Series 79, 63 licensing is preferred.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $150K to $225K.
