## Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist, Cost Account Management (CAM) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to join the Boeing Common Products Group in El Segundo, CA. The successful candidate will manage daily project execution in one or more subsystem areas, coordinate and communicate with all required functions and suppliers from early program bidding through final flight delivery, and deliver subsystem hardware to the factory floor on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Manage cost and schedule while overseeing design team execution on a payload and/or platform subsystem

- Develop program organizational and work structures, top-level program and execution plans

- Facilitate resolution of subsystem issues and support program managers in leading program execution

- Integrate implementation of Program Management Best Practices

- Demonstrate high proficiency in all project management areas, including Earned Value Management

- Define projects, design and plan projects, and manage project teams

- Control and deliver project deliverables, project accounting, and appraisal

- Optimize contribution of people involved

- Develop and use collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate work goals

- Build rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverage organizational dynamics to promote program goals

- Provide detailed analysis of projects, culminating with lessons learned and historical reports

- Develop solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- 10+ years of experience with program management, project management, and/or business operations

- 10+ years of experience working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

- Experience with lab and factory operation management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

- Experience as a CAM using EVM

- Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
