## Description

We are seeking an HR Business Solutions Data Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing expansion of the HR Data Lake. You will partner with HR stakeholders, source system owners, IT teams, and the Data Office to define business requirements and data needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting data quality, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities across HR data domains

- Contributing to the implementation and administration of self-service reporting, visualization, and analytics solutions

- Developing reporting requirements and collaborating with technical teams to deliver actionable business insights

- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through process redesign, automation, analytics, and technology solutions

- Supporting business case development, solution evaluation, and implementation planning for HR transformation initiatives

- Leading or participating in cross-functional projects involving HR technology, data management, reporting, and operational improvements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Typically 4-7 years of experience in HR technology, business systems analysis, data analytics, business process improvement, or related disciplines

- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams

- Experience supporting data, reporting, analytics, or enterprise system implementations
