## Description

Sila Services is looking for a strategic, hands-on Fleet Manager to lead and shape their fleet program across the organisation. With approximately 2,500 vehicles across multiple states, this is an opportunity to take ownership of fleet strategy, improve processes, control costs, and build a program that supports continued growth.

The Fleet Manager will work closely with Procurement, FP&A, and business leaders to make data-driven decisions, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure the fleet operates efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading fleet strategy and operations across Sila Services' multi-state portfolio of approximately 2,500 vehicles

- Developing and implementing fleet policies, processes, and standards to improve efficiency, consistency, and cost control

- Overseeing vehicle acquisition, replacement planning, and lifecycle management to optimise purchasing decisions and long-term fleet costs

- Managing vehicle maintenance strategies, repair expenses, utilisation, and replacement timing to maximise reliability and minimise downtime

- Establishing and monitoring fleet performance metrics, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives in partnership with FP&A

- Managing relationships with fleet management companies and vendors

- Analysing fleet spending, identifying trends and opportunities, and making recommendations backed by data

The ideal candidate will have experience managing fleet operations, fleet strategy, or a related function, as well as strong understanding of vehicle acquisition, maintenance, replacement cycles, and lifecycle cost management.
